Data Engineering Scrum Master Job Description

As a Data Engineering Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. With a strong background in data engineering and experience in the Wealth Management domain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution and fostering a collaborative environment.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Engineering Scrum Master, where you will have the chance to utilize your expertise in data engineering and Agile methodologies to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and progress tracking
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project roadblocks
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles
  • Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have)
  • Data Engineering background (Data processing, documentation)
  • Good to have: Python programming skills
  • Completed at least 2 Data Engineering projects
  • Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory
