Job Title: User Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead user acquisition efforts and drive growth for our mobile games.
  • This role involves setting up new campaigns, optimizing existing ones on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads.
  • The successful candidate will build, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • We require collaboration with the design team to develop creative assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Additionally, this role requires working with the engineering team to ensure accurate attribution and report generation.
  • The ideal candidate will lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution.
  • Cross-functional coordination across marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams is also essential.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the UA team, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and timeliness.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile games industry.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
  • PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS, AS WELL AS USER ACQUISITION KPIs.
  • The ability to optimize available budgets to achieve desired results.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong math skills and a self-starter attitude.
Education:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, marketing, or finance.
