Job Title: Visa Application Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support students in their visa application journey.

  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.
  • Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation Handling: Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  2. Document Verification: Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  3. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  4. Application Tracking: Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  6. Issue Resolution: Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.
  7. Immigration Updates: Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
