We are seeking a talented Automation Test Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in network testing and automation.

This role involves building test strategies, validating SONiC builds, and ensuring robust performance across routing, switching, and platform-level features.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong expertise in SONiC fundamentals with focus on foundations, test architecture design, and SONiC CLI/commands.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in network testing and automation.
  • Strong expertise in SONiC fundamentals with focus on foundations, test architecture design, and SONiC CLI/commands.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up SONiC servers and builds.
  • Solid understanding of Layer 2 protocols (VLAN, STP, LACP, LLDP, ARP) /Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP, VRRP, ECMP).
  • Experience troubleshooting ASIC/Syncd failures and Redis database anomalies.
  • Proficiency in PyTest automation for test development and execution.
  • Familiarity with PTF and practical experience using SpyTest for network validation.
  • Experience on Data-Center Technologies such as - IP-Clos/IP-Fabric, MC-LAGs.
  • Ability to debug blank box issues and platform-level anomalies.
