Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Studio Manager.

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team members, liaisoning with retail partners, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

The Studio Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accounting, inventory, ensuring the studio's presentation is up to the highest standards, and facilitating communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities of the studio
  • Liaise with retail partners and vendors
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management
  • Sales experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Relevant experience in the design or textile industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, design, or a related field
