Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and animating short-form video content for digital and mobile-first platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into the content pipeline, ensuring speed, quality, and innovation.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-impact videos, motion graphics, and animations that elevate brand messaging and product storytelling.

You'll leverage AI-powered tools across scripting, design, animation, voice overs, and sound design to accelerate creative workflows and output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate short-form video content for various uses
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creative workflows and output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into the content pipeline
  • Translate static visuals and UI designs into engaging motion assets
  • Edit and assemble raw footage, screen recordings, or design assets into polished video content

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design with a focus on short-form digital video content
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of video editing, sound design, motion typography, and transitions
  • Knowledge of 2D animation principles
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to pacing, rhythm, and detail

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for motion design, video editing, asset generation, or automation
  • Experience creating performance marketing videos or app store preview assets
