Quality Assurance Expert

As a senior quality assurance professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong and experienced team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop test strategies, create test cases, prepare test environments, perform integration and system testing, regression testing, and identify defects in the system.
- Independently test software systems end-to-end and conduct root cause analysis of issues observed during the testing cycle.
- Effective communication skills with excellent ability to question vague requirements and present testing strategies to any audience.
- Analytical skills with a structured approach and a great teammate who has a goal for improving business best practices and a passion for problem-solving.
- At least 8-12 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on back-end testing knowledge and proven expertise in using UNIX/Linux command line tools and regular expressions (grep, sed, Perl, awk, etc.).
- Commercial experience with Linux-based scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Trading or Capital Markets domain is highly preferred.
- Able to independently plan and set up the test environment and focus on completing tasks efficiently.
- Ability to analyze test results, conduct deep dive investigations, and identify root causes of data.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and train junior QA team members.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
