Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to work on cutting-edge projects involving large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and custom generative solutions for real-world use cases.

This role involves developing and fine-tuning LLMs and generative AI models for NLP, image, or multimodal tasks, implementing and optimizing prompts, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating Gen AI capabilities into products, services, and enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI features, and continuously evaluating new Gen AI tools, models, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for NLP, image, or multimodal tasks.
  • Implement and optimize prompts, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • Integrate Gen AI capabilities into products, services, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI features.
  • Continuously evaluate new Gen AI tools, models, and platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development or machine learning, with at least 1 year in Generative AI or LLM-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar Gen AI providers.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
  • Good understanding of model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
