What You'll Do:

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta
  • Optimize for performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams
  • Report on results and constantly test to improve outcomes
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years exp. running PPC campaigns
  • Strong skills with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
  • Confident using tracking tools (GA4, GTM)
  • Clear communication and strong ownership mindset
  • Based in India with partial US timezone availability
