CES India operates several key businesses, including battery testing services, Emerging Technologies consulting services, energy trading services, and India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) membership.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to techno-commercial evaluations of energy storage and hydrogen technologies for CES clients.
- Evaluate technology performance, competitive benchmarking, manufacturing processes, and facilities.
- Contribute to battery value chain processes and material analysis.
- Develop technology review reports based on analysis.
- Develop reports, content for IESA reports, and expand IESA service offerings.
- Assist in competitive assessment and market entry strategy reports for emerging tech clients.
- Develop protocols for performance testing of energy storage devices.
- Analyze data and present results in graphical format.
Requirements
- Good understanding of battery performance terminology.
- In-depth knowledge of battery materials and data analysis.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Scientific bent of mind and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good skills in using MS Office software.
- Experience in report making in PowerPoint and MS Word.
Instrumentation Skills
- Battery cyclers (Arbin, Biologic, etc), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and other characterization tools.
Education
- PhD degree or Masters in Materials with a focus on energy storage.
- 2-6 years of research and testing experience in energy storage devices.
