Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Senior to lead strategic operations and drive process improvements within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver process improvement and re-engineering activities related to consent orders.
  • Prepare and maintain the budget and expense monitoring framework.
  • Develop and implement risk, control, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide management and administrative support to the Risk Strategy and Execution leader.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage P2P, MRM, and other relevant systems for invoice payment and remittance.
  • Collect and input Credit Bureau expense information, building an expense forecast model.
  • Ensure bureau expenses align with FCRA rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Participate in simplification efforts related to Credit Bureau management, including furnishing, disputes, and consumption.
  • Bureau engagement coordination.
  • Gather and compile agreement metrics, tracking financial commitments for timely and accurate billing.
  • Analyze actuals data across service providers to drive forecasts.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts based on contract terms and/or actual expenses.
  • Monitor variances under the FP&A function.
  • Track and monitor costs related to various products and vendors, conducting cost analysis.
  • Maintain tight control and monitoring of the expense management process and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with third parties, Finance, and Accounting teams to gather and prepare monthly accrual details.
  • Research and track down invoice discrepancies or delinquencies.
  • Prepare and publish financial outlook per organizational goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
  • Plan and execute TP-RAPs (Third-Party Risk Assessment Process).
  • Respond to TP-RAP triggers by working with third parties to gather and assess completeness of responses.
Key Deliverables:
  • Monthly processing of invoices related to Risk Utility investments.
  • Producing the monthly accruals.
  • Preparing Outlook reports per financial cycles.
  • Solid expense tracking and forecasting process for Risk Utility investments.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required to evaluate and benchmark the business.
  • Special analysis as needed for use by managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative sciences.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • No certifications required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA from a premier institute preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/pivot tables and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Act as an internal consultant.
