Program Coordinator Opportunity

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to play a key role in the success of their talent program. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing requisitions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders on requisition intake, clarifications, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on skills, rate, location, and notice period.
  • Prepare and submit resumes; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years in staffing operations or coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS and ATS systems.
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
  • Light assessment administration.
  • Basic reporting and automation mindset.
