Job Title:

Web Stack Developer

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Developing robust backend services, REST APIs, and GraphQL endpoints with Node.js & Express.js
  • Managing database schemas, queries, and performance optimization in MongoDB
  • Integrating third-party APIs, authentication systems (OAuth, JWT), and payment gateways

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture, as well as expertise in Node.js and Express.js. Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose ORM, and database performance optimization is also required.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on development experience with the MERN stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks
Solid understanding of React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture
Backend expertise in Node.js and Express.js, including middleware and API design
Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose ORM, and database performance optimization
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI for responsive design

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience with TypeScript
Exposure to Next.js or Remix for SSR/SSG
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Prior exposure to DevOps tools and serverless architectures
