Job Title: Visionary Innovator

About ADIIVA is a startup rethinking early learning at the intersection of LLMs and Robotics.

This role offers unparalleled autonomy, significant equity, and the chance to co-create a category-defining AI device for children in a 0→1 environment.

You will be part of our founding team, working closely with the founder to shape our journey from vision to victory.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can ideate and develop product features, conduct market research, design and execute go-to-market plans, define brand identity, messaging, and voice, implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail, and establish partnerships to scale in India and beyond.

  • Ideation and Development:
    • Ideate and develop product features that meet user needs.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to understand target audience and identify gaps and solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design and execute go-to-market plan for launch.
  • Brand Identity:
    • Define brand identity, messaging, and voice.
  • Distribution Strategy:
    • Implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail.
  • Partnerships:
    • Establish partnerships to scale in India and beyond.
Requirements:
  • Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in consumer tech, product development, and GTM.
  • Product Passion: Strong opinions on user experiences and feature ideation.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven ability to drive high-velocity growth and quick learning from experiments.
  • Resourcefulness: Initiative-driven and able to pick up skills to get the job done.
  • Storytelling: Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
