Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineering Lead to design the architecture of our AI Agent platforms. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the architecture is cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs and experience in architecting and scaling conversational AI systems. They will also possess strong knowledge of RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and Node.js as well as modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js/React/Angular.

In this role, you will take ownership of product releases, pre-plan infrastructure, and coordinate complete development of products. You will also communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design the architecture and ensure it is cost-efficient and aligned with the overall architectural vision.
  • Implement major/complex parts of the product.
  • Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate complete development of products.
  • Own product releases, pre-plan infrastructure accordingly, and scale it.
  • Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
