Job Title: Senior Manager/Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security and Technology Head to join Munsar Services. The successful candidate will report to our COO and will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our information security program, managing employee technology, and ensuring the integrity and availability of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Information Security Management:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our information security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor and analyse security alerts and reports to ensure timely incident response and resolution.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats, trends, and technologies to ensure our security measures are up-to-date and effective.
Employee Technology Management:
  • Oversee the provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of employee technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices and technology usage.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with our policies and legal regulations regarding data protection and technology usage.
Technology Infrastructure Management:
  • Manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of all technology systems and services.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure and maintain hardware and software.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard our data and technology assets.
Software Applications Rollout:
  • Lead the roll-out of new software applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.
  • Work closely with departments to understand their software needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans for software implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Artificial Intelligence Integration:
  • Explore opportunities for integrating AI technologies to improve security and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions that can enhance our capabilities.
  • Stay informed about the latest AI trends and advancements to recommend relevant applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, IT management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with security risk assessment and management, incident response, and security auditing.
  • Proficiency in managing technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Experience in rolling out new software applications and managing implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support employees.
  • Required Certifications (any one of these): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), or similar are highly desirable.
