We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the development of a self-service data platform for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of scalable data solutions with Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake on Azure.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for ETL/ELT and data quality.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate data with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and APIs.
  • Manage CI/CD, testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in data engineering with 3+ years in senior roles.
  • Strong skills in PySpark, Scala, SQL, Python, and Azure with Databricks experience preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks integrations like Delta Live Tables and Auto Loader.
  • Proficient in Spark, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Possess a passion for mentoring and building secure, scalable data solutions.
