About the Role:

As a Senior Segment Growth Strategist at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing market strategies for our MMM segment. Your primary goal will be to achieve market leadership in this segment by mapping investment cycles, identifying customer requirements, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in national-level marketing and sales, with experience in executing vertical strategies. You must have deep knowledge of account management and the ability to operate in an 'influence without authority' environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to seek help when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and strategy for each sub-segment
  • Identify business opportunities across sub-segments and prioritize them
  • Establish thought leadership in prioritized sub-segments through marketing events
  • Cultivate the consultant community for specific sub-segments and establish SE preference
  • Foster account management practices through Key Account Managers (KAMs)
  • Develop and implement a holistic delivery model for each sub-segment
  • Identify key skills required for KAMs and Solution Architects
  • Hire and develop a self-driven team of individual contributors with high performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 15 years of experience in functional management and people management
  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
