Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
Xllent Corporate Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test automation requirements
- Design and implement automation solutions for complex testing scenarios
- Ensure seamless integration of automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on test automation best practices

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role with a track record of successfully leading QA projects
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on both functional and non-functional testing
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions
- Extensive experience in cross-browser and mobile testing, utilizing cloud-based platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for comprehensive coverage

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
- Extensive experience with full-stack testing, including expertise in front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms
- Experience with tools like Postman for API testing or JMeter for performance testing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in integrating QA processes within CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and introduce new tools or processes that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, with experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle
- Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, with a strong focus on developing junior talent and fostering a collaborative team culture
