Renal Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Nephrologist to join its esteemed team. As a specialist in kidney care, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney diseases.

• Diagnose and Manage Kidney Diseases: Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests to determine the cause of kidney problems, and develop personalized treatment plans to manage the condition.
• Oversee Dialysis and Hemodialysis Procedures: Ensure smooth operations of dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Provide Pre- and Post-Kidney Transplant Care: Collaborate with transplant teams to provide comprehensive pre- and post-transplant care to patients undergoing kidney transplantation.
• Conduct Patient Consultations and Follow-Ups: Engage with patients to discuss their medical history, conduct regular check-ups, and implement long-term disease management strategies.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with cardiologists, critical care specialists, urologists, endocrinologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

• Necessary Qualifications: A mandatory qualification for this role is an MBBS from a recognized medical college.
• Desired Qualifications: An MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute is preferred.
• Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology is essential for success in this role.
• Skill Requirements: Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills are necessary for this position.
• Interpersonal Skills: A patient-first approach and strong communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
