Product Designer - Simplify Complex Problems with Elegant Solutions

At RISA Labs, we're on a mission to transform healthcare operations with our Business Operating System as a Service (BOSS). We're seeking an innovative Product Designer who can blend creativity with problem-solving skills to design intuitive user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, with a portfolio showcasing their design process and impact. They'll be proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

We're looking for someone who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch. Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements.
  • Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.
