Business Banking Professional

The role involves delivering financial solutions to meet the needs of business banking customers and ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers for business banking with a thorough understanding of credit assessment.
  • Knowledge of liability, Forex, trade and client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Manage portfolios effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and maintaining portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferrals and covenants.
  • Develop strong working relationships with branch banking for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization and work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of business banking principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also need to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
