Key Responsibilities- Safety Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness among employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices, ensuring a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
- Incident Investigation and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, analyzing root causes and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations, monitoring progress and reporting findings to corporate.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, with a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Safety or Environment from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management, including diverse business, quality, and industrial manufacturing knowledge.
- Certifications: Certified in CPR and First Aid, with expertise in OHSA regulations, AODA, Human Rights, and Workplace Safety Insurance Act.
