About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing financial processes, teams, and systems.
  • A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • This position also involves supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing and improving financial processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • The Financial Operations Manager will also be responsible for implementing automation tools or software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Monitoring cash flow by analyzing financial reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections is another critical aspect of this role.
  • The Financial Operations Manager will identify potential revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge gaps.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes is essential for this role.
  • Publishing various dashboards for management, including aging reports, old provisioning, revenue, growth, and cash flows, is also required.
  • The Financial Operations Manager must ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to financial operations and credit management.
