About the Role:

","

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to lead our biofuels development efforts in South Asia.

","

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our grain processing business, particularly in biofuel ethanol, and identifying opportunities for growth and partnerships in the region.

","

Key Responsibilities:

","

• Develop a go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, resources, and support requirements.

","

• Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region.

","

• Foster a high-performance work culture, ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

","

Requirements:

","

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.

","

• Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.

","

• Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.

","

• Comfortable working in a multicultural and remote environment, with strong proactiveness to collaborate across functions internally and externally.

","

• Solid people leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

","

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.

","

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
