Business Analysis Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to facilitate the successful delivery of consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams, to gather and document solution requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope.
  • Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, manipulate data for import into eCommerce system, and identify data gaps.

Skill Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with global service delivery model.
