Senior D365 CRM Consultant

A senior Dynamics CRM techno-functional consultant leads and develops the technical aspects of a large-scale D365 project, collaborating with marketing teams and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect comprehensive business solutions using modern Microsoft technologies to meet customer needs.
  • Design scalable, user-centric D365 business applications.
  • Drive implementations through all project phases, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead technical discussions and translate complex concepts into actionable user flows.
  • Develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM.
  • Present technology solutions and estimate effort required for projects.
  • Troubleshoot failures and lead a team of data analysts.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong Power Apps and Dynamics CRM knowledge.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering D365 solutions, leveraging Azure Technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills.
  • Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks.
