Senior ServiceNow Developer with SPM Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SPM modules and extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that align with business goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SPM modules, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand and Resource Management, Strategic Planning Workspace and Planning Items, Financial Planning, Goals and OKRs.
  • Extend and maintain core functionality across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center.
  • Design and implement custom solutions using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in SPM (formerly ITBM).
  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
  • Solid understanding of Employee Center for user experience design.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
