Accounting and Financial Analyst

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, supporting daily financial operations, and ensuring accurate billing processes.

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepares, reviews, and uploads payroll information for processing.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
  • Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar accounting or financial analysis role
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary with a basic salary range of $25,000 to $30,000 per month depending on experience. Additionally, employees will receive a monthly internet allowance to support remote work needs.
