Automation Specialist - Healthcare ETE Testing Team

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for our healthcare ETE testing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute test automation roadmaps for integration, functional, and regression testing.
  • Develop custom solutions in addition to existing Tosca framework.
  • Expertise in CI/CD concepts, GitLab, Jenkins, code repository, and continuous testing setup.
  • Integration of test management tools with test automation frameworks.
  • Mentor and coach automation engineers in implementing suitable tests for web and batch applications, APIs, and data.
  • Develop QA metrics to measure automation effectiveness.
  • Work in an agile environment adhering to Scrum best practices.
  • Automate test executions and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Develop automated regression test suites for continued product quality assurance.
  • Expertise in QA automation of data flows, data analysis, and SQL.
  • Testing enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs and Kafka messaging.
  • Understanding of application architectures, data models, search engines, caching solutions, file management, on-prem, private/public cloud infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud and preparing to set up automation suite on cloud services and data in AWS.

  • Strong experience in test automation frameworks.
  • Expertise in CI/CD concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, and code repository management.
  • Proficiency in setting up continuous testing.
  • Experience in integrating test management tools.
  • Ability to mentor and coach automation engineers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
