
Financial Services Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. This includes working under the supervision of a team leader and performing administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities- Strategic Focus:
- Provide exceptional service to clients, stakeholders and internal teams by meeting set standards.
- Complete daily processing within agreed timeframes.
- Operational Management:
- Provide exceptional service to clients, employers and members by meeting set standards.
- Process and complete all operations administratively.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial and fund specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.
- Quality review work to minimize rework of tasks and maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure the quality and productivity standards are met.
- Complete all transactions across funds as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
- Complete adjustments and investigations as appropriate and as instructed.
- Participate as a positive member of the team by cooperating with others to achieve team goals.
- Comply with company policies, core values and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial and fund specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.
- Create and maintain Business Process Manuals and develop training materials.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
- Previous administration skills in data entry / high volume type roles, ideally in a financial service industry.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
- Sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding the relevant policies and legislation.
