About the Role:

  • You will have strong experience in Duck Creek Billing Center with hands-on knowledge of creating accounts, pay plans, and billing forms generation.
  • Proficiency in commission report generation, PCN processing, instalment schedule implementation, and various other billing transactions is required.
  • A good understanding of agency and direct billing processes is also necessary.
