Job Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design and implement robust backend systems that power our real-time collaboration features.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features at startup speed. You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our infrastructure, which supports thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Backend Systems: Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI experts/skills.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  3. Optimize for Scalability and Security: Ensure our infrastructure powers thousands of users while maintaining high performance and security standards.
  4. Contribute to Architecture Decisions: Help shape our architecture for years to come.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset – excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
