Job Title - Experienced Flutter App Developer

Experience - 4-6 Years

Work Model - Remote (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
  • Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter user interfaces.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance.
  • Oversee the entire mobile app lifecycle – from planning to deployment and maintenance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks and usability issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize Git for version control and manage codebase collaboratively.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools and mobile app development trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of mobile app development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least two production-ready Flutter apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Strong skills in Dart programming language and state management libraries such as Provider and Riverpod.
  • Able to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture, debugging and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging and pull requests.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications and mobile analytics tools is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native mobile development in Kotlin or Swift is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane or GitHub Actions is desirable.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks in Flutter is an asset.
  • Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes is advantageous.
