Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ground staff and personnel perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

You will coordinate with various departments such as security, baggage handling, and ticketing to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will be required to handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the airport
  • Ensure all ground staff and personnel perform their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate with various departments such as security, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Fresher experience preferred
  • 12th Pass, 10th Pass, I.T.I., B.A, B.Arch, B.Com, Bachelor of Hotel Management, B.Sc, B.Tech [Other], Any Bachelor Degree education
  • Airport Operations Supervisor role experience
  • Aviation / Airline / Aerospace industry type experience
  • [ Male / Female ] gender preference
