Job Title: Electrician Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical equipment within our facility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monitoring and maintaining electrical systems ranging from 11 KV to 0.433 KV
- Managing emergency diesel generator sets, dynamic rotary UPS systems, and battery banks
- Performing routine checks on HT and LT panels, MCC panels, power distribution panels, and control systems
- Maintaining transformers, switchgears, and protective relays
- Overseeing BMS systems, HVAC systems, water leak detection systems, VESDA systems, rodent repellent systems, and FM 200 systems

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of utility equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical panels and other equipment
- Record temperature, humidity readings, and power panel, DG set, and UPS readings
- Maintain daily log sheets and update rack-wise reading sheets of power consumption
- Attend sudden breakdowns in shifts and coordinate with chiller house, DG house, and HT substation technicians

Requirements:
- PWD license holder
- ITI or NCTVT or equivalent passed
- 4-5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and facility management
