Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.

The role involves managing the Director's daily schedule, preparing data and background notes for meetings, and drafting and responding to emails. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating high-quality presentations, strategic notes, and meeting summaries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leadership. They will be able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess a strong learner's mindset, be punctual, reliable, and consistent in delivery, and remain calm and focused under pressure.
