Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaign development and execution.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and how design influences brand perception and purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present creative concepts to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple concurrent client projects and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high creative standards.
