Required Skills & Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in Java development.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading development teams.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and solid experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and working knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
