Junior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architectural and engineering firm, you will contribute to the design of buildings and interiors across varied project scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for building and interior projects.
  • Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets under senior supervision.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
  • Conduct site visits for design intent verification, snag checks, and progress reviews.
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and support client presentations.
  • Research materials, products, and emerging design solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 0–3 years of experience in architecture/interior design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; Revit is a plus.
  • Strong design sense with a keen eye for detailing and proportions.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of building codes and interior detailing practices.
  • Exposure to site coordination and consultant interfacing.
  • Interest in sustainability, adaptive reuse, and functional planning.
