Job Description

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to lead our network operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers, Cisco Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, Citrix Load Balancers, and Cisco ACI & SDN.

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions, as well as providing advanced support and guidance to the network team. Key responsibilities include:

- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
- Hands-on experience (expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, and Cisco ACI
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, L3 extensions & Routing and L3 policies
- Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load balancer products
- Providing level 2 support as the final point of escalation and running with issues until the point of resolution

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts and be able to analyze complex network problems and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay
- Strong documentation skills
- Design and implement advanced network solutions
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues
- Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers
- Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
- Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers
- Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team
- Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution
- Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations
