Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Cortex DevOps Production group at our India Development Center (IDC). In this role, you will work closely with the Cortex Cyber Security Research Group to design, build, and operate production environments for our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of cloud infrastructure deployments on GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and HashiCorp tools to orchestrate production and development environments.
  • Lead incident management and perform root cause analysis to drive MTTR reduction.
  • Design and implement automation tools for proactive remediation of known issues and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance architecture and improve service reliability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization.
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
