Role: Gilead Account Manager / Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for providing excellent service to our valued clients in the Biotech vertical, specifically Gilead
- Will work with multiple accounts based on level of experience
- Develop and execute strategies to make Maxonic a go-to solution provider for the Gilead Account
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and assist them in filling their contingent staffing needs, contributing to their growth and success
- Monitor and evaluate all processes and parameters, collaborating with the business to drive metrics towards business objectives
- Expertise in staffing for the Biotech industry
- Ongoing interaction with clients, MSPs, and VMS resources
- Understanding of the skills, strengths, and interest areas of resources for better alignment to open positions
- Mentorship and coaching of teams to deliver consistent high-quality deliverables
- Familiarity with the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independence and self-motivation required
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in Recruitment Delivery, Account Management, Account Growth, and success for the Gilead account
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Account Management or as a recruitment lead for Gilead
- Proven leadership and networking skills
- Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
- Strategic thinking
- Adherence to Ethical Business Conduct
- Bachelor's Degree Required

This is a full-time position
Located in Mohali Office
