Business Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to capture client requirements, analyze them, document, configure, test, implement, and train customers on business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client data for loading, verify, and test application functionality with client data.
  • Capture and understand client requirements, analyze and map to product solution.
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Communicate with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and inquiries.
  • Handle client calls on issues and inquiries, navigating to closure.
  • Test system functionality, report issues, and drive completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional/cross-regional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Logical and analytical mind.
  • Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulating precisely and accurately.
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus.
  • US Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a significant advantage.
