Job Description

A leading innovation hub is establishing an AI Innovation Hub in Pune, India, and we are hiring 3x Delivery Managers to lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI solutions. These pivotal leadership roles within a rapidly scaling fintech organisation are designed to ensure that ambitious AI initiatives move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. From day one, you will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
