Job Title

An Oracle Fusion Financials Support Manager position is available.

About the Job
  • Discover and document functional business requirements, including assessment, design, development, tracking, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, focusing on incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating relationships with support teams and providing advice to internal Oracle support teams.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing direction and guidance.
  • Participate in migrations and new implementations, designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs, preparing test scripts and test cases, and conducting trainings.
  • Determine ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
  • Establish project goals, metrics, and baselines, facilitating collaboration and decision making between sponsors.
  • Identify project issues and risks, resolving or escalating as appropriate.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate application operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of computer science and MBA-Finance with strong analytics and communications background.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Cash Management.
  • Experience in the accounting lifecycle, including enterprise structures setup, invoice and payment processing, tax reporting, period-end close processes, and Financial Reporting Workspace.
  • Fluent English language skills.
