Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.

Bid and Proposal Management:

Own end-to-end proposal management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.

Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.

Implement and continuously improve business processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts and consultants.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:

Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.

Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.

Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.
