Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Screening Specialist to join our team at Dental care and implants. In this role, you will be responsible for screening and listing incoming voice calls to ensure they are routed to the appropriate department or individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and Assess Calls: Evaluate incoming voice calls to determine the correct routing.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear and accurate documentation for each call.
  • Independence and Time Management: Work independently and efficiently manage your time during flexible working hours.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to the calls.
Shift Timing and Compensation
  • Shift Timing: 8 AM IST to 5 PM IST with flexible working hours.
  • Compensation: INR 20,000 per month.
Qualifications and Benefits
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Independence and Focus: Ability to work independently and maintain focus during shifts.
