**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Kinaxis Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in optimizing and transforming global supply chain operations using the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform.

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in solution design, development, and delivery to enhance our clients' business outcomes. Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Process Experts / Owners & Users community to collect business requirements and participate in solution design and development for Solution Enhancements
  • Develop delivery plans for enhancements (resource allocation, priority setup, scheduling…)
  • Make informed decisions between internal and/or external delivery
  • Manage external Kinaxis skilled resources (if required)
  • Specify, realize, test, and handover solution basic enhancements (workbooks)
  • Take ownership of bug fixing (level 2) and interact with Kinaxis support teams if required
  • Organize solution release management from QUAL to PROD instance (IPK, data model change…) and project deployment.
  • Participate in solution upgrades jointly with Kinaxis support teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
  • Advanced Kinaxis skills
  • 5 years of experience in the following Kinaxis
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Collaborative worker with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with client business, technical resources, and management
  • Strong expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
