Job Title: Data Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member, you will design and implement data-driven solutions that drive strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to the table. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Conducting in-depth research and experimentation to innovate and improve data science methodologies.
  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with expertise in libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
  • A strong background in mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
